Hello everyone!
This is my new project.
Objective of the project:
It was necessary to make a spacious room in the style of post-apocalypse
using modularity.
This environment was inspired by "The last of us" and "Division".
I created module models in 3ds max.
UV mapping done only for stairs with flowerbeds and railings and column modules. For other details I used the 3 planes material created in ue5.
Textures for the project used mainly from

I made the floor material a triplanar material and vertex blended. I mixed it with two materials of a whole and a broken floor, added moss and puddles.
Ceiling material made in Substance designer.
I made some of the vines with the help of a smart spline. This is a blueprint. A blueprint for ue4 also works in ue5.
